Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Booking Calendar App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of My Booking Calendar App after changes means you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

Use of the App

You must not misuse our app by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our app, the server on which it's stored, or any server related to My Booking Calendar App.
Imported calendars must be in iCal format. Airbnb and Vrbo offer iCal format in the URL they offer to import, also, users can use other external calendars as long as they are in iCal format.
To share a calendar within the app, users must have the recipient's phone number. The app will display the sharer's phone number to the recipient for confirmation.

Registration and Account Security

Users must provide accurate and current information when registering for our app. Keep the one-time secutiry code confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content and services on My Booking Calendar App are the property of Intermaple Inc and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to My Booking Calendar App without prior notice for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users of My Booking Calendar App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability

Intermaple Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use My Booking Calendar App, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the state of Florida, United States of America and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for the resolution of any disputes.
